Chalet Policy

• The security deposit is 30 riyals, to be refunded within 24 hours after checking out and verifying that the chalet was left clean and without cracking or vandalism, and unless it violates the chalet policy.
• The specified number of visitors according to the agreement.

• If the reservation is canceled before or within a week of the reservation day, the reservation amount is not refundable, but it can be replaced with an alternative reservation for a second day identical to the reservation day. If the reservation is canceled before the day or the day of the reservation, the reservation amount will not be refunded and no alternative reservation is allowed.
• Adhere to the time specified for leaving the chalet.
• The sum assured shall be deducted as follows:
